3on3 Tournament Rules

All games will be played at Blythe Family Fitness

8:30am middle school and under

1pm Adult division (MUST BE 18+)

3GG including bracket

First place in each division will receive KSR Shirts

All fees must be paid previous to the tournament

Team Info

• Each team will need a minimum of 3 players with a max of 4 players.

• The schedule will be released on the Tuesday before the tournament.

• All players will play in the division of the oldest player on their team.

• Players are restricted to ONE team for the entire tournament.

• Jerseys will not be provided, teams must wear the same color of shirt.

• KSR must have a signed waiver from every player/parent/guardian.

• In the student divisions, no more than 3 kids from the same school per team.

Playing Rules

1. Every division will play to 15pts or 12min.

2. Single elimination bracket after pool.

3. A coin toss will determine first possession, alternating after.

4. The score will be played by 1’s and 2’s.

5. After a made basket the team that was scored on will check the ball at the 10ft line. Sportsmanship is encouraged.

Fouls:

• If a player is fouled on the shot and misses the team receives 1pt and the ball.

• If a player is fouled on a made shot the team will receive 1 pt and value of made basket.

• Defensive foul results in offense maintaining possession of the ball.

• In the event of an over the back call or charge the ball will change possessions.

1. On defensive rebounds and steals you do have to dribble the ball past the 3pt line before going to score a basket.

2. Substitutions will only be made on a dead ball.

3. Officials will still enforce the 3 second call in the lane.

4. Each team is awarded 1 30sec timeout per game.No timeout will be called if a team is not within 5pts in the last minute of the game.

5. In the event of a regulation game ending in a tie there will be a 1min overtime. Cointoss will determine 1st possession in OT.

6. If after OT there is still no winner the teams will play by sudden death, first basket wins. Foul pts will not count as a win in sudden death. Must score a basket.

7. All participants will respect officials and show good sportsmanship at ALL times. 

COED Division

• In order to play in the adult division you must have at least 1 female on the court at all times.

• There will be a zero tolerance for disrespect, arguing, fighting, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by staff. As a result of these actions the ENTIRE team will be disqualified. No refunds will be given.

• We encourage a family environment for all spectators and participants.
